Tents for Art Shows – Tent Rental Rules & Policies
These rules apply to all artists renting a tent from Hot Works for any event. By renting a tent, you agree to comply with all terms below.
Tent Rental Policy
Artists are welcome to set up and use their own tent that meets the event requirements.
Outside tent rental companies are not permitted to deliver, install, remove, or service tents at any Hot Works art show.
This policy is in place due to:
-
- Agreements with the host city and venue.
- Existing agreements with authorized vendors serving Hot Works events.
- Insurance and liability requirements.
- Event logistics and safety considerations.
Hot Works offers Light Dome tent rentals, with optional Pro-Panels, for artists who need a rental tent. Hot Works rental tents are professionally installed prior to artist arrival and removed following the event.
